• Polyester/PU coated water proof backing
• Elastic waist band plus additonal and draw string in waist
• Seam sealed for water proofing
• Straight leg with outside lower leg Velcro closure to allow it easier to
  get pants off and on without taking shoes off
• Two open side pockets.
• 2 x reflection tape required or two-tone fabric bottoms
