Can anyone purchase school crossing uniforms?
No, only register approved councils are allowed to make purchases. To go www.brandrepublicsafety.com.au to obtain access to products. All councils must go through an approval process by providing Brand Republic with an estimated 12-month forecast and agreeing to the terms set-out of a ‘Preferred Supplier Agreement’. Why do you require to provide Brand Republic a 12-month Forecast?
Providing Brand Repubic with an estimated 12-mth forecast provide procurement team to manage and maintain stock levels over a 12-month period.
Are there any upfront costs?
No, Brand Republic Pty Ltd has full ownership of all stock that is manufactured and stored at Brand Republic.
How do I pay for my order?
All registered councils will be on 30-Day trading terms once approved. Tax Invoices will be emailed on the day of dispatch direct to your accounts or appointed contact person.
How do I create an account?
1. Visit the website and click on Create Account
2. Enter your First & Last name, “council” email address and password of choice.
3. Your account application will be sent to your account manager Louise who will
review and approve your access. Approval will take approx 1 day. If you need

How do I place a Merchandise order?
1. Sign in to the online store and click Merchandise to browse the options.
2. Review your order, update quantities, and Checkout.
3. Confirm the delivery address, freight will be added once the order is processed.
4. Finally, click Complete Order and you will receive a confirmation email!
Who can wear a School Crossing uniform?
All School Crossing garments are only to be worn only by registered school crossing council approved members. Please contact your local School Crossing council for more information.
How much merchandise can I order?
Each item on the site displays the available stock level. If your order exceeds what is currently available, please reach out to Louise at Brand Republic - louise@brandrepublic.com.au
When will I receive my order?
Delivery times depend on stock availability and shipping location. Uniform items that are in stock, will be dispatched within 24 hours from the Brand Republic warehouse in Melbourne.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you wish to change or cancel an order after clicking ‘Place Order’, please email louise@brandrepublic.com.au
NOTE: Orders can only be changed or cancelled if they have not yet been placed into production.
I have not received an order confirmation to my email address?
Your order submission may not have been successful. Please contact us at louise@brandrepublic.com.au to check.
Otherwise – your spam filter may be blocking our emails. Ensure to check your junk folder.
Postage & Handling - Is there a delivery charge?
Flat rate freight fee is $25.00
Pricing:
All prices per item are exclusive of GST and are subject to change after a locked in 12mth period commencing January 2025.
Can I track my delivery?
Once your order has been dispatched you will be notified by email. Your dispatch notification includes a consignment number so your order can be tracked during shipping.
Can I have my order delivered to a PO Box?
We are unable to deliver to a PO Box as orders will require a signature on delivery.
Can I pick up my order for your warehouse?
Yes you can pick up your order from our Victorian warehouse. This must be pre arranged and a date and time agreed to ensure your order is packed and ready for collection. Our pickup address is: 14 Pheonix Court, Braeside VIC 3195
